ONE OF AUSTRALIA'S LEADING CABARET ENTERTAINMENT AGENCIES
AUBREY & MARTIN

Arguably the most versatile duo in the country with two strong, individual voices that blend together as only brothers can, AUBREY & MARTIN could best be described by the deceptively simple word – entertainers. Originally from Queensland they have established a name in the Australian entertainment industry, which has recognised their talent with multiple wins in 1999 and 2000 and are currently nominated for 2001 in the prestigious AUSTRALIAN ENTERTAINMENT ANNUAL MO AWARDS.

Not content with being a great vocal duo, they have explored almost every style of music and reflect this in a multi-instrumental show that includes Mandolin, Banjo, Trumpet, Harmonica and Didgeridoo along with Guitar and Bass as well as their infectious humour. AUBREY & MARTIN believe wholeheartedly in the Australian product and include songs by contemporary Australian writers in their show, as well as their own original material.

Some of the other highlights over the last couple of years include being fl own to America in 1999 to represent Australia along with multi- MO winner WAYNE HORSBURGH at WORLDFEST in SILVER DOLLAR CITY, Branson, Missouri. This is one of the largest International festivals in America, and their show proved so popular with the American audiences that they took their COOEE AUSTRALIA SHOW for a 5-week season in 2000 and they will be back in the US in April 2002 at the Festival of Nations in DOLLYWOOD, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.

AUBREY & MARTIN also entertained a number of times during the year on “The Legend Of The Seas” the 11 story luxury cruise liner out of Miami. They are currently featuring with Wayne Horsburgh & Judy Anne Barnes in “Love That Country Music”, with Geraldine Doyle in her “Crazy Irish Show” as well as running their own “Cooee Australia Show” and their cabaret show.

Their music is featured regularly on national radio programs like Ian McNamara’s “Australia All Over”, one of the most popular tracks being “The Lights of Wollongong” from their “Aubrey & Martin say G’day” album. Other CDs they have released are, “Kinda Krazy”, an original album with THE BEGGS BROS BAND, “The Coaster Collection”, featuring some most-requested material & “The Cooee Australia Show”, an all-Australian album released for WORLDFEST 2000.
